Restaurant “Dovbush” specializes in dishes on an open fire and national Hutsul dishes. Homemade fresh products and old Carpathian dishes cooked with love. Their unique taste and aroma, nourish not only the body, but also the soul. In the old days they said: “We feed the body when we eat, and the soul when we feed others.”
Traditional Hutsul dishes: mushroom soup from forest mushrooms, spicy meat bograch, delicious Hutsul borsch, banosh with Carpathian cheese and bacon, “Haiduk pan”, potato pancakes with sour cream, dumplings with potatoes and mushrooms, ravioli with cheese, apple strudel.
